   I offer counselling and Wellbeing Services in Essex or Online

I offer therapy online by zoom or face to face. I also offer nature therapy and walk and talk therapy.

I can help with any issue that is causing you emotional, physical, or mental distress.

I will guide you to find inner happiness, peace and harmony while supporting you on your journey to find your own sense of wholeness

 

Rather than traditional counselling, which really only takes the mind into consideration, I take a holistic approach which encompasses body, mind, and soul. I take in to account the whole of you, which includes your thinking processes, expression of feelings, the well being of your body, and the inner being or essence of you.

 

You can expect a unique  therapy enabling growth & fulfilment.

I use conscious breathing techniques, energy healing, meditation, body movement, visualisations, sound, gratitude, the law of attraction,  oracle and inspiration cards, and dream interpretation, to assist you to find your inner resources, to release trauma and negative emotions, to find your true purpose in life, and to see your life from a new. perspective.

If you are in my local area I can also offer therapy in nature, where we can walk, talk and connect to the healing benefits of nature in many different ways.

My fees are £45 per session, but i can offer a reduction if you are on a low income. My hours are flexible to suit you.

My home therapy room is  a safe, welcoming, calm and confidential space, where we can explore your concerns together. I can also see you by zoom sessions regardless of where you live.
